Thank you for referring your patients to Virtuous Wellness Center.  We are currently a participating provider for the following insurance companies.

• United Health Care
• Tricare

We also accept all Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Litigation cases.  We are currently working on extending this list and will keep you updated as we become providers for other insurance plans.  Please keep in mind that the patient may have reasonable out of network benefits for physical therapy services.  We will be happy to inquire about each patient’s out of pocket expense and work out a payment plan on an individual basis.
